How can I see your full range of products?

You will be able to view our full range if you are a customer by logging in here.

 

How can I become a customer?

Apply to be a customer here. Please note we only accept wholesale & volume customers and acceptance of your application is at our discretion.

 

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. There is a minimum order quantity of 5 cartons per delivery, with the minimum quantity per item being its carton quantity.

 

How can I see the prices of the products?

Upon registration as a customer with us, you can browse our website and send us items and quantities you are interested in through our cart ordering system. Prices will be sent to you once we are in receipt of your order/enquiry.

 

How do I place an order?

If you are an existing customer, you may select items from your product history (accessible from the link at the top of every page when logged in), as well as selecting from our entire range through the rest of the website. Once you have added items to your shopping cart, please check for correct quantities and clck "Proceed". Before submitting the order to us, there is a chance for a final review, as well as the ability to add any comments to each item. Once you are happy with your order, click "Submit Quote Request".

If you are a new customer, you will need to register with us first here. Once we have registered you, kindly log into the website with your login details. You will then be able to browse the whole website and prepare an order.

Please note that all items are subject to a minimum order quantity and can only be ordered in set multiples. Once all items have been added to the cart and quantities selected, submit your order to us for processing. For new enquiries, we will contact you within 24 hours with prices and quantities for final confirmation. If your order is confirmed and finalised before 1pm (UK local time) we can deliver to you next day free across most of England, Scotland and Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands), subject to our terms and conditions.

 

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us immediately via phone. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been confirmed.

 

Can I return unwanted or unsold goods?

Goods are not sold on a Sale or Return basis. Returns are generally only accepted if there is a fault with the product. Please see our returns policy and clause 6 in our terms and conditions for more information.
